MODEL RELEASE AGREEMENT FOR THE LIQUID COLLECTIVE

I hereby give permission to The Liquid Collective to use my name and photographic likeness in all legal forms and within any area of media and business for promotion and advertising, trade, exhibition, competition/s and/or any other lawful purpose.

I grant this photographer and all of The Liquid Collective’s nominated agents the unrestricted right to use and/or alter any photographic images of me and others, for whom I may be signing on their behalf, that may be included from the signing of this document to hereafter for lawful purposes.

I release the photographer, The Liquid Collective and his agents from all claims and liability relating to the use of photographic images bearing my likeness (and those who I sign on behalf on) and any text that may be used in conjunction with said images.

I understand that the copyright and all rights to the images taken and used remain in the possession of The Liquid Collective unless prior written approval from The Liquid Collective can be produced stating otherwise that releases selected images from the previous copyright agreement.
