PRODUCT POLICIES FOR THE LIQUID COLLECTIVE
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order prior to production of your order beginning without incurring additional financial penalty or loss of your deposit. After production has begun on your product, cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit as each product is custom made to order.
CURRENCIES
All prices and transactions are quoted and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). We bear no responsibility for exchange rates, credit card fees or other fees relating to currency exchange or international transactions.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Unless prior written negotiations with The Liquid Collective can be produced, all deposits and payments must be paid within the conditions as stated below.
Deposits required for print products are 50% of the final invoice, with your deposit being non-refundable once production has started on your order. The deposit for your product is to be made immediately following invoicing. If your deposit has not been paid, The Liquid Collective reserves the right to postpone production on your product until payment has been received. Your product invoice must be paid in full before receiving your product. The Liquid Collective reserves the right to withhold any and all products due to you until full payment has been received. Should your account be outstanding more than twenty one days after your product was completed and ready for shipping, you will forfeit ownership of your order and the product/s in question may be sold off in order to recover lost costs. Should you decide to change your mind about which product you would like after manufacturing has begun, please be aware your deposit is not transferable to another of The Liquid Collective’s products once production on your order has started as each product is custom made to order.
GUARANTEES
We are extremely confident that you will be more than satisfied with the quality of your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of your final package, we will, at our discretion, issue a credit to you that can be used toward another product of equal value, or a full refund. Please contact us before commencing any part of the returns process. Please let us know if your product may have been damaged through delivery. This must be reported to us within 48 hours of your product being received, along with delivery details and photographic evidence in order for us to rectify the issue. Reports received outside this time will not be acknowledged. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return your product undamaged, un-soiled and in its original condition ready to resell (along with original packaging) within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping due to dissatisfaction or a change of mind is at your expense.
INVOICING
Invoicing for products will occur immediately once product details have been finalised with the client. Unless prior written negotiations have taken place with The Liquid Collective and can be produced, all deposits and payments must be paid within the conditions as stated in the “Deposits And Payments” section of this document, and the conditions stated on the invoice issued. Payment plans are available for products as a take home lay-by, and need to be negotiated prior to initial invoicing.
LARGE ORDER DISCOUNTS
Discounts may apply to purchases of five or more prints (does not include Limited Edition Prints). Please contact us directly if you wish to discuss pricing for a large order. Applies for canvas, rolled fine art and framed fine art Open Edition prints.
LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
Limited Edition Prints showcase the most breathtaking and special characteristics of the The Liquid Collective image archives. Printed in editions of 50, 150, 250 or 500, pricing of these prints increases over the life of an edition as the edition slowly becomes more valuable due to each print run being limited in quantity. Each size available of a particular image will have a maximum quantity applied, with larger sizes having a more limited run than their smaller counterparts e.g. 12 x 36" prints may have an edition of 110, with a 48 x 16" print of the same image only having an edition of 50. All Limited Edition Prints come framed and matted as a Fine Art piece, as well as being signed and numbered. Once the first 10% of the total prints are sold in any one edition, the purchase price will increase by 20% to ensure the increasing value of your investment. This 20% increase occurs with every 10% of the edition sold. Once the last print in a full edition is sold, we may decide to produce up to 5 artist proofs of the image, of which all will have premium purchase prices applied. After this, production will finish on an image run. If we are approached by a prospective buyer after an edition is finalised, we will act as a broker and contact current print owners to see if they are interested in re-selling their image. *Limited Edition Prints cannot be ordered through our online store. Purchases must be requested by contacting us.*
MATERIALS + SIZING
Limited and Open Edition prints are individually produced and are generally printed on a beautiful fine art archival paper. This paper has a strong resistance to light exposure and looks amazing under glass. With correct framing and mounting, these prints will last for years. Canvas prints are also available for Open Edition Prints. Your print will be signed, with each Limited Edition print also being numbered. All prints come with care and handling instructions and Limited Edition prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity with the edition number, print size and are also hand signed. Print sizes are as follows:
PANORAMIC: 8 x 12", 12 x 36”, 16 x 48”, 20 x 60” and 24 x 72”
STANDARD: 8 x 12”, 12 x 18" 16 x 24”, 20 x 30” and 32 x 48” *

OPEN EDITION PRINTS
Open Edition Prints make up majority of The Liquid Collective's image collection. Print editions are open and have no limit, regardless of how many have already been printed.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
The Liquid Collective accepts payment of invoices by direct account deposits (account details are given on each invoice), cash and cheque payments. Cheque payments will not be considered valid until they have cleared and are accessible funds in our accounts. Payments of services advertised on our online website store will be made through PayPal, with full payment made at the time of purchasing.
SHIPPING + DELIVERIES
All Australian photographic print orders will ship at a flat rate of $25. Orders can be collected locally and will waive any delivery fee should prior arrangement be made to do this. We can ship internationally - please contact us prior to ordering for a quote. Unless otherwise requested, all Australian deliveries of large scale prints will be delivered via courier service. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch of your order. Please allow at least between 6-8 days once your package is shipped to receive it. We can expedite your delivery if needed - please let us know upon ordering if this is required. Be aware priority deliveries will attach extra charges.
TAXES + DUTIES
Please note that international orders may incur a variety of local import, customs, duty, GST and other taxes. The Liquid Collective is not responsible for any payment of any fees or charges once delivery has reached your country and these charges are not included in your payment - these are payable to the appropriate government agencies in your country. Please do your research at your end before ordering, we cannot offer any advice on this matter due to each country having different import and tax policies.
