WELCOME TO WINTER
Welcome to winter! We are back in the alpine, with this season’s experiences coming from Mt Hotham Alpine Resort in Victoria Australia, to instruct and hopefully spend a lot more time shooting, creating content and getting some media work lined up and spinning. The snow has been falling and looks like it will be a pretty good start to winter this year.
QUICK LITTLE UPDATE
It’s been a while since we have written any content, apologies. Life went from zero to one hundred and back to zero really quickly over the last few months.
EPSON INTERNATIONAL PANO AWARDS
For the last few years, I have been planning to submit a few images to this competition, which in the world of landscape and panoramic photography, is a big deal. But for whatever reason (probably just being a lazy shit), I never got around to it.

LIMITED EDITION: SMOKE + MIRRORS

LIMITED EDITION: FIRESTONE
It was just two days ago that we were able to release what is personally one of my favourite images that The Liquid Collective has shot to date.
NEW CONTENT, NEW BEGINNINGS
So.Chances are if you follow a little of my work you’ve seen some changes happening lately (sorry if we confused you too - we were more confused than anyone for a few weeks there…). Not with the fantastic, amazing, travel-inspiring (okay, enough adjectives used here) photos and content that keeps popping up in your feed - that’s all the same - but with how we look.
WE JUST COASTING
We’ve all seen an abundance of images and footage from drones exploding on the market in the last few months just like the ones you are about to see below. Flying captivates humans and it always has, and will continue to do so.
NEW YEAR, NEW ME, ALL THAT…
2017 is finally here! So I really had no idea what to write for this blog - I haven’t shot for a week or so now because of the whole Christmas and New Year business and I have been working as much as I can on getting the back end of JDK Photography consistent and as professional as possible (one of my own new year resolutions, amongst others).
