Hey there, it’s been a minute. If you were unaware, we are in New Zealand! And in lockdown. Level 4 lockdown started on Tuesday this week, and personally, I am fortunate enough that this is my first real experience of this throughout the last year and a half of COVID.

This year, I am working on being accountable to myself and having a number of goals and targets that I am aiming to hit as 2021 progresses.

Hi. Hey there. How are you? It’s been a while. Things have changed. Maybe for the better, for some of you. For others, it might have gotten worse. I get it. Shit is hard right now. And no one really knows what to do.

Probably not what you were expecting right? This is one of my absolute favourite photos I’ve ever taken. Wasn’t even taken on a professional camera, or even an entry level camera, I think my old iPhone 5s.

After looking back on photos and posts from this last year gone, and indeed, the years before that, it became absurdly apparent that I avoid posting any personal content and photos of myself.

If you’ve been following our content for a while, you’ll know that we travel. A lot. I was lucky and travelled domestically and internationally a few times with family trips and whilst at school.

Why is it that so many injuries in sport occur either doing something you’ve done hundreds if not thousands of times, or on something easy that you could perform with your eyes closed.

Just a thought - You can have a perfect plan, everything great on paper but it’s basically pointless until you get your ass out of the chair and act. Hear me out.

If you’re reading this, you’ll find it to be a little more of a personal appreciation post rather than a business related or content related one, however I also hope it will show a more personal side to my life and what I do with myself when I am not shooting and creating content for the world to see.
